Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! The only negative was a hassle with mandatory on-line check in (mandatory submission of all guests passports and credit card photos!) Actual stay was great.

The submission of all guests' passports and credit card photos in advance via a secure site is designed to streamline and facilitate your arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience. This process helps us comply with community regulations and enhances security for all guests. We understand it may feel a bit cumbersome, but it is standard practice aligned with HOA policies to maintain safety and order within the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you prefer to bypass these HOA requirements in the future, we do have condos available for sale within the community. Ownership allows more flexibility with check-in procedures and documentation. Please feel free to reach out if you would like more information about purchasing a unit.

Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and a very well stocked mini market the highlight is the pristine beach just a stone's throw away, this condo provides easy access to all the attractions of the area. Our stay at condo P105 was nothing short of excellent (although we recommend bringing earplugs and using a sound machine as the weekend music from the surrounding bars is quite loud!). The condo was well maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy retreat that felt like a home away from home. The spacious 2-bedroom layout provided ample room for relaxation, and the comfortable furnishings ensured a restful night's sleep...the king bed in the primary was amazingly comfortable!The condo was well equipped with all the amenities one could desire. From a fully stocked kitchen where we could prepare nightly meals...or not, as why would you with such great restaurants only a few steps away 😉.Although this is a repeat visit to Playa Turquesa, it is the service we receive from Scott Medina and his team at Go Punta Cana that keeps us returning year after year! From the moment of booking to our departure, we felt any inquiries or requests we had would be promptly addressed, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout our stay.In our minds, P105 is the perfect choice for an unforgettable escape, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Go Punta Cana Vacations and P105 to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation experience.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

Check-in was so easy, the host keeps in constant contact and verifies every single detail. I ran into no issues at all and when I had any questions they sent someone within the same 5 minutes to answer in person. The amenities are great! There are a few pools and the water is amazing! It’s refreshing.. not hot not cold but a sultry perfect (if you have ever stayed at a resort you know the water easily becomes bath water but here was just perfection!) The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is not one single utensil or cooling gadget missing! It has everything and more (coming from a seasoned traveller who comes to DR twice a year for months at a time I have had to buy my own frying pans and pots so having these available was so convenient) If you don’t want to cook you can literally walk out the door, cross the street and have your choice of restaurants with so many options and it is quite affordable! It was clean, tidy, and overall a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were amazing and oh so comfortable! With such a close proximity to great restaurants, shops, and the beach we scored when we booked this condo! Go Punta Cana Vacations is amazing to deal with. From contracting the agreement, paying the deposit, and having the toaster replaced (the toaster broke the first day we arrived and within 1 hour of emailing it was replaced with a brand new one), they really are so easy to work with. We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Big apartment. Clean. Wonderful patio with a gas grill. Nice pools. Convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. The complex feels quite secure with 24/7 guards at all entrances including the one to the beach. Go Punta Cana is responsive to emergencies after hours and helped us get a technician to unlock the door very quickly. For non-emergencies they will only respond M-F during regular business hours. Wifi is slow, but my partner was able to work online (video conferencing, etc) with no issues by bringing a cable and connecting directly to the modem. The bedroom windows are not very soundproof and the bar across the street is pretty noisy until late. This may be a problem if you are a light sleeper. There is a noise machine in the main bedroom to help and I used ear plugs some nights. Lots of seaweed this time of year so the beach is very difficult to access for swimming. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Apartment, too close to bars for me.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful apartment in a beautiful complex. It is near everything, shops, bars, restaurants, and more. It is large, spacious, and has everything you need to live comfortably. The grounds are kept extremely clean, the pools are nice, and the beach is connected to the complex with a wonderful restaurant. The WiFi worked great, and it had many appliances, including a mixer. The patio is huge and spacious; we ate outside almost every day. My only complaint, and some may find this as a plus; it was too close to the bars for me. If I were younger, this would be a huge benefit as it is in the heart of town. There is more entertainment nearby than the Hard Rock Hotel. Because of that, be prepared for loud music on some evenings. I prefer to go to bed early, so this was not to my advantage. Other than that, this is a spectacular Airbnb.

To clarify, we have hosted many guests and none have had issues with loud music. It is not always the case and it is out of our control what happens outside the community. There are months that go by with no live entertainment or music of any kind at any volume. There are many business, restaurants, bars outside the community and we have no control on what type of entertainment or how loud it can be. Also, during your stay noise you complained about was only until 7PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends. We had curfew in place during your stay where all businesses have to close at those times. I would recommend Isla Saona for your future stay in the DR. Isolated island where you might only hear the sound of coconuts when they hit the ground. ;-)
