Sea views Holdiay St Julaini house

This beautiful house is situated in the top most, peaceful part of St Julians set on top side of Saint Anthony valley, enjoying one of the most stunning views of Balluta Bay. Also making it an idea holiday for those who do not wish to rent a car as it is minutes way from any amenity. However, if one wants to enjoy a lazy holiday renting a car private parking is also available exactly infront of the house.

The house was newly refurbished given a modern twist leaving touches of the old Maltese style of building keeping in mind comfort, still visible the wooden beams and stone stairs. The house has an open plan kitchen living area on the ground floor leading to a wide balcony enjoying the views of Balluta bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 seating spaces at the dining table. Also the living area can accommodate 5 people comfortably with a 32” LED tv. Wifi internet and cable tv come complementary.

Upstairs one can find the main bedroom with a double bed and a spare bedroom with 3 single beds which can be modified into another double upon request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which is a must in our hot summers. The house has two bathrooms. A main bathroom with a bath tub upstairs and another one with shower downstairs all meticulously finished paying attention to every detail.

The house offers also a relaxing area on the roof where you can sun bath during the day on the deck area and even have lunch or a BBQ during the eve in the eating area. One can find a seating area for 6 people upstairs with a gas bbq.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

séjour agréable avec les commodités
la maison est bien équipée, située dans une rue assez "vide", car immeubles en cours de rénovation. l'appartement était propre, et bien quipé . la terrasse était un vrai plus, malgré la situation sur les toits ( on devait passer par un 2eme escalier par la chambre des 3 lits ), donc quand les enfants étaient couchés pas de terrasse pour les parents..il fallait aimer monter ou descendre les 2 étages pour pourvoir manger sur la terrasse . le gros hic c'est les coqs qui chantent de très bonne heure, et les fêtes de la maison de jeunesse en dessous de la rue .... odeur d'humidité au rdc mais normal car vieille bâtisse...on était proche du réseau bus, et à 10 mn à pieds de points de course/resto

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie una settimana presso questa struttura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimo il terrazzo dove hai una bella vista sul mare e belluta bay. Al nostro arrivo era presente il signor Adrian che è stato molto gentile e premuroso per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Le foto che si trovano sul sito corrispondono pienamente all’appartamento. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi ristoranti e supermercati. Unica nota negativa è il cantiere edile che si trova sulla parte posteriore e il rifacimento della strada d’accesso.
