Blue Harbour 1 – Seafront Holiday 2-bedroom Apartment with terrace St Paul’s Bay
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lost and Found party goers are not allowed to book this apartment.
This lovely two bedroom seafront holiday apartment with terrace is located on St. Paul’s Bay promenade. The view from the small front terrace is spectacular. Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away. Xemxija is just round the bay and Bugibba is 15 minutes on foot away.
The apartment forms part of the Blue Harbour holiday apartments and this Seafront Holiday Apartment with terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment is few months old internally but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade.
It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbq overlooking the sea.
At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.
Apartment Specifications:
1) 70sq m internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom with shower.
2) 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator
Facilities:
1) Fast unlimited Wifi internet in all the rooms and PTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
2) Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
3) Iron and ironing board and washing machine.
4) Cots and highchairs are available on request.
5) Fans are also provided in each room.
6) Hair dryer.
7) Towels and bed sheets are provided.
*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.
- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.
- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
