Casa de Colorado is a spacious vacation home located in the convenient and gated neighborhood of Reserva de Golf within Hacienda Pinilla. A 4 bed/4 bath single floor home with lovely gardens, private pool, and peaceful patios. It is the perfect setup for families, or couples travelling together.
Air conditioner units in every bedroom. Fans in every room inside and outside.
Green space and a park are across the street from the house.
There is a private pool with a sundeck and gardens in the back. Patios and sitting areas on both front and back of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for big meals or small snacks.
There is a washer and dryer.
2025 Beach club access is available for an additional fee to the Beach Club of $45 per person.
We are not members of the Beach Club

What makes this property unique
Casa de Colorado is a ranch style villa located in the guarded Reserva de Golf community of Hacienda Pinilla. The villa is situated on a large rotunda park and approximately 900m from the Pacific Ocean. The villa is architecturally beautiful crafted from local topical hardwoods and stone and includes venetian plaster wall finishing.
The viila features a private saline/salt pool, detached garage and lush tropical gardens with local fruit trees around the property. A covered front porch and back patio space provide a welcome escape from the tropical sun (or heavy rains depending on the season).
Ceiling fans are located throught the villa and energy efficient air conditioning is installed throughout. The home was constructed using LEED specifications including a thermal barrier between the tile and wood to minimize cooling requirements.
