Casa de Colorado is a spacious vacation home located in the convenient and gated neighborhood of Reserva de Golf within Hacienda Pinilla. A 4 bed/4 bath single floor home with lovely gardens, private pool, and peaceful patios. It is the perfect setup for families, or couples travelling together.
All woodwork is custom made by a local carpenter. Air conditioner units in every bedroom. Fans in every room inside and outside.
Green space and a park are across the street from the house (not another house). There is a private pool with a sundeck and gardens in the back. Patios and sitting areas on both front and back of the house.
You will hear birds and maybe monkeys at dawn and dusk. You can see hummingbirds in the front gardens while enjoying your morning coffee. And there is a tree in the back corner where the parakeets flock to in the late afternoon.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, it’s own bathroom including a tub, and a door to the backyard/swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for big or small meals.
There is a washer and dryer, as well as a locked outdoor room for any of your boogie boards, surf boards, and beach stuff.
2024 Beach club access is available for an additional fee to the Beach Club of $35 per day/per person.
