Good location, clean and reasonably size unit.

Good. The only problem was the elevators not working on the first day of my stay, due to a flood accident in one of the apartments. However, the problem was resolved quickly and they started working on the next day! The wifi however, needs to be upgraded!

Infelizmente aconteceu este imprevisto com o elevador, devido um incidente no apartamento superior! Mas Gracas a Deus o Síndico foi muito eficiente na tratativa! Quanto a internet houve uma instabilidade que é normal!
