Celebrate New Years at Snowbird, AVAILABLE January 1st through January 8th 2027. . This is newly remodeled two bedroom (each are like studio apartments), three room unit. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated rooms, each with a king bed and comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a sitting area with a kitchenette includes sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. The bedrooms includes a full bath/shower, blow dryer, sundries, humidifier, and mid-week housecleaning. The center unit has a full kitchen, dining area, queen sofa sleeper and full bath as well. Each room has private entry. Laundry facilities are available on every floor. Free WiFi and cable with HD TV/DVD make for a relaxing evening after a full day of skiing.

The Cliff Club is a 5 Star rated resort and is a well-appointed, comfortable ski in/out resort with many amenities. Half the building is a hotel, the other half are privately owned time-shares. This unit is in the private owner's time-share area. Renting from private owners gives guests free access to the private spa gym, and pool on the 9th floor. Amenities in the spa include a full gym, exercise classes, eucalyptus and dry saunas and message services are available for an additional fee. In addition to the private, adults only pool on the 9th floor, a full pool and spa are located for the general hotel/timeshare population off of the 3rd floor and both are open year round.

There are several outstanding restaurants on the property, ski rental and repair, full range of ski needs in the ski shop, game and billiard room. Child care is available as well as ski school for kids. A free shuttle service is available between Snowbird and Alta. Snowbird welcomes snowboarders as well as downhill skiers. Alta is strictly for skiers.

The Snowbird Center is only a quick walk across the Chickadee bridge which hosts several shops, restaurants, and the tram to the top. Non skiers are invited to take a ride up on the tram for the spectacular view and chalet at 11,000 feet.

Snowbird is located less than 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport and only 20 minutes up the canyon from the Sandy, a local Salt Lake suburb replete with grocery shopping, ski rental shops, Costco warehouse, movie theaters, and all the major chain stores a shopper could want. Because of the short distance up the canyon, day trips can be easily made down to the valley and carsick prone folks will not have to endure long winding roads getting to the resort.

With a 500" annual base of snow, Snowbird boasts of the highest snowfall in the nation. The powder is superb; so light and fluffy it is nearly impossible to make a snowball "stick."

No damage insurance is optional and recommended, however, renter will be required to leave a credit card draft on check in with the registration desk. Any damage incurred will be billed by the resort to the renter.
