Additional house rules!

Bathroom and kitchen waste must be removed and placed in the trash bin in front of the house, or in the corridor on the side of the house, as directed on the day of key delivery!

Pets need prior request and authorization before making reservations.

Crockery and general utensils used should be cleaned and placed in the same place.

It is not allowed to sleep on the beds without proper protection of bedding! The mattress protector that is in them, are not sheets !!! Should put the sheet on top !!!

Because it is a villa within a gated community, it needs to be moderated as to noises, loud sound, screams, voices, especially after 22:00! If you have complaints from neighbors and cause a fine will be passed to the renter!

Do not tamper with the heating control of the pool! You will unconfigure it !!

It is common sense to keep the exterior lights of the house, including the pool, garden and court off during the day !!!! Misuse of lighting will be added to the booking fee if not respected !!

Estadia maravilhosa

A estadia foi perfeita. As fotos correspondem ao anúncio, a casa é limpa, de fácil acesso e possui muitas opções de lazer, inclusive sinuca, quadra e piscina aquecida. O contato com a proprietária e o processo de check in foram super tranquilos. Espero poder me hospedar novamente!
