Corner 5th Floor Unit, Large & Spacious, Lake Views - Walk to Beach

The ultimate seaside retreat awaits 6 guests at this 2003 sq. ft. condo
Our beach home is a fifth floor corner unit, decorated in the British West Indies style with an inviting tropical ambiance. It is comfortable and spacious with three bedrooms, each with its own bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. There are televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, with HD cable service, We also have Internet and free long distance telephone service for the U.S. and Canada. We also have a laundry room with washer and dryer in our unit.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and dinner service for ten. Enjoy candlelit dinners in the dining room, or dine al fresco on the lanai while watching magnificent sunsets on the lake. But if you are not in the mood to cook, dine at the oceanfront Atlantic Grille, just a beach walk away, or at your choice of nearby local restaurants--or drive up A1A and dine at one of the many fine restaurants in old town St. Augustine.

Just footsteps away from our building, there are two Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The oceanfront clubhouse offers a large heated lap-pool, a spa, a bar, and a fitness center. Across the street there is the lakefront clubhouse, with a family pool (also heated), snack bar, and recreation room for the younger guests.

In addition to the amenities at the resort, there are many other year-round activities. Bicycle down the A1A National Scenic Byway, fish on the beach, or on the intracoastal, swim, kayak, surf, or just enjoy a quiet walk on the beach.

We are adhering to all DBPR sanitation guidelines already in place as addressed under the Florida Administrative Code Rule 61C-3.001 Sanitation and Safety Requirements.

We are happy to accommodate Official Service Dogs but not Emotional Support animals in our temporary housing units, in accordance with federal and state laws.

While this unit is new to VRBO, The Selby Group is not. We are a local Real Estate & Property Management company and have several vacation rentals listed on VRBO as a premier host. LBTR 30489

Great place to stay, we didn't use the pool because every time we went, it was closed. It said closed at 5 pm. Not a real problem, we just wanted to go to the beach anyway. The condo was very quiet so we were able to get a lot of rest. Great balcony view. The condo was very clean and updated. Will surely stay here again in the future.

Nice condo with big balcony

Short walk to ocean and heated pools are the feature. Condo had nice layout, plenty of room. Only drawback was cleanliness could have been better.

Kolka stay

The carpet around the couch was not vacuumed. I have pictures of debris around it . Also the outlets did not work in any of the bathrooms. I reset the circuit breaker, which was not tripped and checked all of the GFI's

Very Nice but this unit IS NOT top floor!

Overall, the condo is nice, but it is time for the owner to upgrade a few items (notably the living room sofa). Management company was very quick to respond to a request and that was very much appreciated! Community is very nice. My only real complaint is that this unit is advertised as "top floor". That is NOT the case. It is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building, there is a unit above you! Not at all fair to call this unit top floor! Other than that, I would return to Cinnamon Beach again.

Great place!

This place was clean and property management was always there to answer all of our questions! I do with the WiFi was better and cable selections but other than that it was good. The location was awesome and the amenities! Good place for a family.
