Designer Renovated Condo in Gorgeous Tropical Setting

Sanitized and extreme cleaning practices in place - unit and community is now open and ready to accept guests in a safe, clean and well managed resort. Beautifully decorated Caribbean beach style condo- one of a kind! Probably one of the most tastefully and updated condos in Bahama Bay! New owners completed a total renovation on this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit close to the main clubhouse, pool and restaurant. As soon as you make the turn in, you will feel transported to the Caribbean with the lush landscaping that encompasses you. Located on the second floor, the bedrooms are split, with the 2nd bedroom sharing a bathroom at the front of the condo, and the master king bed bedroom (all new mattresses) and bathroom at the back of the unit. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped including a Keurig coffee maker, full size washer and dryer and a 50 inch TV in the living area, and smaller TV's in the each bedroom. All linens and towels are provided.
The amenities the community offers are endless and include community pools, hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport.
Also there are walking trails, an on-site restaurant, an on-site spa, tennis court, pickle ball and volleyball court, a playground and a splash pad for the younger children.

Disney is just 15 minutes away and near to all the new restaurants on route 192.

Weekend trip with my daughter

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend due to her annual Cheer competition. We absolutely loved staying here. We've been to Orlando many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We would definitely stay again!!Very clean. All the amenities we could have needed were available. The pool just a short walk. Easy in and out access at the gate. Very much enjoyed out stay!

Quick trip

Joined my husband for a conference and we stayed extra time in Florida - it was a great place to stay! My only suggestions would be the towels, they’re a little scratchy, but HEY - if everything else is great, (and it was) I can’t complain about towels! We’d stay here again!

Great place for families

This apartment was a great place to stay for our family of 4! The place was really clean and the amenities were good. The only thing we did not like were that the blinds need to be replaced (missing some pieces). The host was great and responsive to my questions. A downside to location is that the drive to Univeral Studios is about 1 hr away due to the traffic (am and pm).

The location of the property is excellent! We were there for a baseball tournament and the fields were less than 2 miles away. Spent a couple of days in Disney, which is 15 to 20 minutes away and ate at some very good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Family trip

Property was clean, nice, quiet and looked just like the pictures. Splash pad was closed due to maintenance, I would have liked to take my kids out there to play. Host was nice and responsive. My family enjoyed our stay. Place is about 40-45 to get to Volcano Bay which we didn’t mind because we enjoyed the property!

Mini-cay

My husband and I stayed for 6 days. The condo was lovely and it had most everything we needed. We went to universal and Disney and the drive to both was easy. It’s very close to Disney’s Magic kingdom. The drive to universal is a bit farther so plan for that. We loved the quiet tranquility of the resort and the ease of going into Orlando. We will be back!

Check the cleanliness before you unpack

We were scheduled to stay in this vrbo until the day before we were made aware it had bed bugs. It's no wonder why after seeing the lack of housekeeping done at these. Anyway we spent first night at 138 madeira lane. Place was beautiful and super clean. Night 2 we had to move to 178 hideaway beach lane. Long black hairs in the master shower and in the sheets that were never changed. Nothing done about this so we washed the sheets and bedding. Pool was filthy and basically this place needs a good deep clean.

Bed bugs

We arrived around 11:30 pm, first thing we saw was a roach on the wall in the master bedroom that we had to kill. We settled in afterwards and put the kids to bed. Stayed up watching tv for a bit until we decided to go to bed and found a bug on the bed, when I lifted the sheets there were bugs on the bed. I looked it up and indeed they were bedbugs. I went over to the kids room started looking around the bed and found more bedbugs on the beds my kids were sleeping on. I took my kids laid them on the floor and called VRBO and because I didn’t have the insurance nothing could be done for me except my refund and go find a hotel on my own.
