At 5 o’clock, mix up a cocktail at the wet bar in the family room, which has rustic open beam ceilings and a foosball table.
Last but not least, soak up the sun on one of the 3 decks or in the large backyard.

Once it’s time to retire for the evening, you’ll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. Upstairs are two generous Primary suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. One even has access to the upstairs deck. Both ensuite bathrooms boast custom travertine tile, granite slab counters, and updated mountain-rustic fixtures. One has a walk-in shower, and the other a shower/tub combo. Located upstairs, bedroom three is perfect for the kids, with a full-over-full bunk bed, a single day bed, and two single trundles. On the ground level is bedroom four with a full bed and access to the downstairs full bath with a single sink and shower/tub combo. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Pets: 1-2 dogs 50 lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
