About this property

Two level house on the Beach

We offer a two floor cozy accommodation situated in a Private Resort in Mykonos. The lower level is an ensuite bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower and a toilet. Offering quick access to the lower external veranda.

The upper level is a separate house unit. Entering into a cosy living room, able to sleep up to 2 persons on two couch-beds. A fully equipped kitchen, a shower and toilet and finally the master bedroom with a double bed.

The house is situated in the Private Resort "Costa Ilios" with a private beach, swimming pool, tennis court, snack/pool bar, and a little tavern.

Mykonos downtown is a 10 minute drive from the house. Ornos which is a small nearby town is a 5 minute drive from the Private Resort.

Location is excellent!

This location can’t be beat! It had its own private beach and pool. The only thing that was different was the downstairs unit was not connected to the top stair unit, but I had my 22 year-old son and his friend so that actually turned out good for us. Mykonos is definitely a lively island so it is nice to get away and stay at this place for some relaxation.

Very cozy condo with tons of charm and beautiful beach.

The condo was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, and there were 2 twin sofa beds in the living area that we did not use. Dimitri was easy to reach by phone and could not have been more helpful to us during out stay. Mykonos is mostly closed in January, but it is very beautiful and uncrowded. Delos was closed, which we were sorry to miss, but glad to have seen Mykonos and had time to spend together as a family. We weren't there for the beach considering it was winter, but the condo does have a very nice private beach.

Elizabeth and her family are wonderful people and it was truly a pleasure hosting them! They took great care of the house and are very easy to communicate with. They are most welcome to come again anytime. We highly recommend Elizabeth and her family as best guests to host!
