LIVING ON THE WATER
Beautiful, newly renovated house located on 3 Mile Harbor in East hampton, NY. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and modern outdoor shower. Builders home just re done and renovated. Simply walk 50 feet to paddle board, boat, swim and hang on our private dock. Small beach in front of house and large private Bay Beach a one minute stroll. This is the perfect summer escape. We invite you to enjoy our house as do. Grill and watch the sunset, pick from our vegetable garden, have a wine around the fire pit, waterski in your back yard, take a long swim or paddle, the opportunities are endless. You will not want to leave. A private, hidden gem in the middle of paradise.
Ocean beaches 5 minutes away as well. 5 minute drive into East Hampton Village.
Extra cost for captain and boat use, inquire if interested. Free use of paddle boards (house comes with 2)
Please excuse all of the pictures of my children, but it’s all I had showing summer on Island Road. A beautiful retreat for families, friends or couples. Max- 6 people. This is not a party house!
