Designed for active family living, Casa San Pedro features a modern double-height open living room integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the colonial balcony and a comfortable hammock. The 3-story apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located in the second level, and a terrace with 360 degree views of churches, Spanish-tile rooftops, mansions and the la popa convent, located in the third level. The property offers free WI-FI, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, and washer and dryer.

Casa San Pedro is the best located property in town, only meters away from the best restaurants, plazas, museums, and nightlife the city has to offer. It is home to the Fundacion de Periodismo Gabriel Garcia Marquez, our Colombian Nobel Laureate writter.

El apartamento de 3 pisos tiene 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicados en el segundo nivel, y una terraza en el tercer nivel con vistas de 360 grados de iglesias, tejados de teja española, y mansiones del centro historico. La propiedad ofrece WI-FI gratis, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable, y lavadora y secadora. No hay una propiedad en Cartagena mejor ubicada que Casa San Pedro, tan solo a metros de los mejores restaurantes, plazas, museos y vida nocturna que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer. La propiedad alberga la Fundacion de Periodismo Gabriel Garcia Marquez en honor a nuestro Novel de Literatura.

- Lease Agreement should be digitally signed and returned within 24 hours of reservation / El contrato de alquiler debe ser firmado digitalmente dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la reserva

- Colombian Tourism Regulation requires us to provide passport copies of foreign visitors prior to check-in / Regulacion de Turismo Colombiana requiere que todos los visitantes extranjeros provean copia de sus pasportes antes del check-in

- Sexual Tourism is not endorsed and child prostitution is a criminal offense prosecuted by Colombian law / no partocinamos turismo sexual y se prohibe tajantemente cualquier actividad relacionada con prostitucion y abuso infantil

- Please turn off all appliances (AC, TV) and lights when leaving the unit to reduce energy consumption / Por favor apague todas las luces y equipos (Aires, TVs) cuando salga de la unidad para yudarnos a ahorrar energia

- Please be respectful of the neighbors, and do not make loud noise or play loud music past 10:00 PM / Por favor sea respetuoso de sus vecinos, y no realize fiestas o ponga musica a alto volumen despues de 10 PM

-No unregistered guest will be allow inside the property/ No se aceptan visitas/invitados no registrados.

IMPORTANT:
▪️To enter the apartment, you just need to arrive at the lobby of the building and register with your identity documents in physical.
▪️If there are guests who are minors and are not accompanied by their parents, they must present at reception an AUTHENTICATED permit from the parents, and original physical document of birth registration, otherwise they will not allow their entry.
▪️Due to building policies, visitors are not allowed in the apartment, parties or events, loud music that disturbs the other guests.

IMPORTANTE:
▪️Debo recordarles que no se admiten cambios, adiciones y /o modificaciones despues del envio de la lista de invitados
▪️Para ingresar al departamento solo debes llegar al lobby del edificio y registrarte con tus documentos de identidad en físico.
▪️Si hay huéspedes menores de edad que no estén acompañados de sus padres, deberán presentar en recepción un permiso AUTENTICADO de los padres, y documento físico original de registro de nacimiento, de lo contrario no se permitirá su ingreso. ▪️Debido a las políticas del edificio, no se permiten visitas en el apartamento, fiestas o eventos, música alta que moleste a los demás huéspedes.

Best way to get to the unit from the Airport is to take a Taxi for ~19,000 Colombian Pesos (~$7 USD). Please tell the driver to take you to Calle san juan de Dios #3 - 121, next to el corral and meters before the San Pero Claver Church in Centro Amurallado or Old City (Walled City) / La mejor forma de llegar a la propiedad desde el aeropuerto es tomar un taxi certificado por aproximadamente 19.000 pesos colombianos (~7 USD). Por favor pidale al conductor que lo lleve a la Calle san juan de Dios #3 - 121, justo antes de el corral y a metros de la plaza de san pedro en la ciudad amurallada.
