Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $75.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Super clean in a great location

We found the apartment to be super clean, comfortable and roomy. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to restaurants and Whole Foods. Loved the pool area. Fantastic to have a place to bring our dogs when we were evacuated due to the hurricane.

The apartment was exactly as expected and what we needed. The only unfortunate event was the fire alarm going off for 1 1/2 hours. But the team was communicating throughout as to the progress of what was happening. A friendly community. We left a few days early to beat some winter storms. But would go back and reserve again under different circumstances as we were here for medical reasons.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having two large bathrooms. I would suggest that the property owners leave some laundry detergent in the unit. I have never stayed in a VRBO with laundry facilities that did not have at least a few detergent pods.

Great Stay - Central Location & Very Clean!

Easy check-in and check-out process. Roomy enough for 4 people to lodge. Loved the large bathrooms and walk-in closets! Kitchen was large and had all the kitchenware needed to cook, eat, drink, etc. Central location to downtown, Buckhead, the mall and other attractions. The only recommendation I would suggest is a full length mirror for us ladies! Other than that, I would stay again and recommend others to stay as well! Thank you for making the entire process easy and convenient!

Instructions to park & get into the space were thorough. The rooms were clean, and the overall space felt open and spacious. The pool looked nice although we were not in town long enough to use it. BCA is very professional and welcoming. Their team was always available with quick, warm responses. Such a wonderful experience. Staying at this place was like getting the best parts of a hotel and an apartment, combined. Loved that we had access to a garage and that we were a stone's throw away from Whole Foods. The outside driving up looked uninviting but once inside the apartment it was beautiful and welcoming. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee daily.
