Your apartment features modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, an in suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals at home. Our simple virtual check-in process means you can arrive on your schedule without waiting for a front desk or key exchange.

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

A Perfect Stay Experience

The apartment management is very professional. The check-in process is clearly laid out. The parking area is private and secure. It sits within easy reach of plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, bringing great convenience to daily life. This property is an outstanding pick for a vacation. If my family and I visit Atlanta again someday, we will definitely choose to stay here once more.

Great overall experience and gave 5 stars. The amenities in the building were great. The kitchen could have more tools to make the gas grills easier to use and the building has an unusual trash policy that can make the hallways smell poorly. Not a condition that the hosts have control over so we stand by our five stars. When needed, the hosts have team responded immediately. Thx.

Super clean in a great location

We found the apartment to be super clean, comfortable and roomy. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to restaurants and Whole Foods. Loved the pool area. Fantastic to have a place to bring our dogs when we were evacuated due to the hurricane.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having two large bathrooms. I would suggest that the property owners leave some laundry detergent in the unit. I have never stayed in a VRBO with laundry facilities that did not have at least a few detergent pods.

The apartment was exactly as expected and what we needed. The only unfortunate event was the fire alarm going off for 1 1/2 hours. But the team was communicating throughout as to the progress of what was happening. A friendly community. We left a few days early to beat some winter storms. But would go back and reserve again under different circumstances as we were here for medical reasons.

Great Stay - Central Location & Very Clean!

Easy check-in and check-out process. Roomy enough for 4 people to lodge. Loved the large bathrooms and walk-in closets! Kitchen was large and had all the kitchenware needed to cook, eat, drink, etc. Central location to downtown, Buckhead, the mall and other attractions. The only recommendation I would suggest is a full length mirror for us ladies! Other than that, I would stay again and recommend others to stay as well! Thank you for making the entire process easy and convenient!

Great place to stay

Instructions to park & get into the space were thorough. The rooms were clean, and the overall space felt open and spacious. The pool looked nice although we were not in town long enough to use it. Felt Welcomed by Kind Hosts

BCA is very professional and welcoming. Their team was always available with quick, warm responses. Such a wonderful experience. Staying at this place was like getting the best parts of a hotel and an apartment, combined. Loved that we had access to a garage and that we were a stone's throw away from Whole Foods. Plus, lots of closet space and comfy beds. Next time we're in Atlanta, we'll definitely see if BCA has any apartments available. BCA does things the RIGHT way. My family was truly impressed.
