Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great Experience and Location

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment (Studios On 25th). The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a great location. It was our first time in Atlanta, GA so we loved being able to get around easily while exploring the city. The team was very responsive and flexible when we made updates to our reservation. Package and food deliveries to this location were easy. I will highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay in Atlanta, GA.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is in a nice neighborhood. Close to downtown Atlanta. The studio was lovely. Though I didn't use the cooker or kitchen I wanted to have it. Great Atlanta Adventure

This was my first time in Atlanta, and it was a great experience all around. The location of the apartment was perfect for both work and fun. The opera offices were very close, and it was great having easy access to restaurants and such. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Definitely one of the better-extended stays that I have had on a gig! I really don't have any complaints. I hope to visit and stay again soon! Team BCA Response: Thank you for the review. I stayed for 1 month and liked it. Only downfall was they were doing construction. Next door which is not your fault at all. But overall it was a great experience thank you again. My new dog Molly and I had a great time here

I came to Atlanta to adopt Molly from a family who was rehoming her. A day before my flight, I suddenly needed a pet-friendly place for the two of us to stay and bond, preferably where pets were allowed on the furniture, so she'd feel as comfortable as possible. Brookwood was a great neighbourhood for us to explore and the studio apartment had everything we needed for the week. Check-in and check-out was super easy and it was honestly nice to not have to remember bringing a key or card everywhere. Jaime was so helpful and accommodating to ensure a good visit for the two of us. My only "complaint" would be that the walls felt a bit thin at times especially when the birds decided to sing a 2-hour long chorus at the crack of dawn, but we were able to catch up on rest by taking naps, haha! Thank you again for a lovely stay. I'll likely consider BCA for my next visit to Atlanta too :)
