The main level has an open living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a kitchen, and a dining table for 8. There is a full-size bathroom with a shower tub combo on this floor and a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway closet. There is a nice deck as you enter the condo to relax on in the summer with outdoor furniture.

On the second level, you will find the master bedroom with a King bed and a full-size bath with a shower. The second bedroom, also on this level, has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, a 25-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and access to a full-size hallway bath. From this bedroom are stairs that lead to the loft area. There is a set of twin bunk beds and one twin bed, a 31-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and access to a small deck area.

Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
