Cozy apartment with a fantastic view of the Zillertal mountains

Our house is in a sunny, quiet location with a fantastic panoramic view of the Zillertal. Our apartment with approx. 130 m² has

* 3 spacious double rooms (2 of them with satellite TV)
* a cozy kitchen with satellite TV incl. DVD player and radio
* a bathroom with shower and bathtub
* a separate toilet
* a parking or pantry
* large balcony facing south and west with garden furniture
* Ski boot dryer
* Internet access via WiFi

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Bed linen, dishes and towels are also provided. Electricity and heating costs included. Bread service possible.

The stop for the regular bus (Regiotax) is right in front of our house. You can ask for the exact arrival and departure times by e-mail. The village center is in about 7 minutes. to reach by car. Large, fantastic ski area Hochzillertal / Hochfügen with approx. 171 kilometers of slopes 3.5 km from our house.


An extensive mountain hiking area with many hiking opportunities extends from Stummerberg. From our house you can reach in about 20 minutes on foot. B. the romantic path along the Märzenbach to the alpine meadows and alpine huts and the surrounding summit - a paradise for mountain hikers.

Perfect large house, gorgeous view!

It was perfect. The house is large, has good beds. Kitchen with everything you need. Everything is also very clean. And the balcony with the gorgeous view is an added bonus.Marina and her family are very welcoming. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Familie Dengg ist so nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne machen wir wieder Urlaub dort. Wir hatten eine ganze Etage für uns. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden, z.B. Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel…Die Zimmer sind groß und mit sehr viel Stauraum. Es war super sauber und gepflegt.

Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz für zwei Personen. Dazu ein schöner Balkon um die gesamte Wohnung, den wir bei Sonne genießen konnten. Und eine sympathische Vermieterin, bei der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Traum Ausblick bei super netten Gastgebern

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeberin hatte uns herzlich empfangen und uns die schöne Wohnung gezeigt! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Wir hatten das Glück, und konnten traumhafte Momente mit dem Ausblick in die Berge und ins Tal bei jedem erdenklichen Wetter mitnehmen/ genießen! Mal benebelt, mal klar, mal sonnig, mal verschneit.. jeder Moment ein Erlebnis der Natur pur..In der Wohnung hat uns an nichts gefehlt.. es ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet! Die Betten sowie Matratzen waren sehr bequem! Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch bei Familie Deng!Vielen Dank für alles

Alles wunderbar.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und alles war wie beschrieben (lediglich den Wirlpool haben wir nicht gefunden). Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten sehr bequem und der Balkon, welcher von jedem Zimmer erreichbar ist, bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unseren Skiurlaub, allerdings ist ein Auto sehr von Vorteil. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und alles lief absolut unkompliziert ab. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank an die Familie Dengg, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren Anfang Februar bei Familie Dengg. Es war alles wunderbar - von der Kommunikation vor der Reise bis zur Abreise. Tolle, große, saubere Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf das Tal und die Berge. Die Familie ist immer erreichbar. Gerne immer wieder!!!

Geräumige Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr angenehm, herrliche Lage mit super Weitblick vor allem vom gut ausgestattetem Balkon, trotz Busanbindung eigenes Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Amazing location overlooking the Zillertal Valley

We loved our stay, the apartment was very spacious and beautiful, clean and warm. Martina was very accommodating regarding arrival and departure timing and everything else we needed. The location is wonderful, there are amazing views of the valley from all rooms and the kitchen. We would stay here again in the future.

Wir können das Objekt bedenkenlos empfehlen. Waren in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden. Die Lage mit Blick auf das Tal ist grandios. Vermieter sind sehr zu vorkommen und nett. Sollte ein Problem sein kann man sich direkt an Sie wenden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung für ein Kurzurlaub gebucht. Super freundliche, Zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und besonders der Balkon mit fantastischem Ausblick ins Tal lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Immer wieder gerne! :)

Super geräumige Fewo mit tollem Ausblick

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern (4 & 1,5 Jahre alt) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo von Familie Dengg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war für uns vier sehr groß, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Selbst Klopapier, Kaffee und ein paar Gewürze waren vorhanden, was heutzutage nicht immer Standard ist. Die Aussicht über das Zillertal war hervorragend umd wir haben uns jeden Tag und Abend daran erfreut. Außerdem haben den Kindern die kleinen Tiere unmittelbar neben dem Haus der Familie gefallen. Wir können diese Fewo also nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Lage und nette Familie

Gute Lage Stummerberg

Sehr gute Lage zum Skifahren. In unmittelbarer Nähe Skigebiete "Hochzillertal, Zillertal-Arena, Gerlos". Pragmatische, zweckmäßige Unterkunft, sauber.
