The property was clean, tidy, and perfect for our family's stay. Food and stores were a short drive away and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved the secure fenced in yard so our furry ones could run around. It was also reasonably priced and hosts were responsive and accommodating. The only feedback I have for the hosts is to check and fix/ replace the front handrail for the porch steps as it is very loose. My elderly mother couldn't use it after she tried to hold it to steady herself but it wasn't secure. Still, we would definitely stay here in the future.

Nice place

The vacuum doesn’t work there was pet hair on the floors from previous occupants and the kitchen was limited on useful items to cook with. There was also visible damage around the house and not many toys to play with. However, the stay was nice, a great neighborhood and location. I enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The issues did not hinder my stay as I would stay again.

Nice house

A very nice house with plenty of room and very clean. We stayed due to an unexpected funeral of our great niece who died in a car crash at the age of 26. A very short trip as we are from South Carolina and drove a long way. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room.

Clarksville stay

Great place for a gathering. Located close to base. Was great for our Thanksgiving dinner with our soldier! And dog friendly!

Nice home for a family!

The owners/management were great to work with. They were very responsive to any issues or concerns. We had 3 pets and they were one of few that accepted them which we were very thankful for. The neighborhood is very active with kids, dogs and people out walking. Seems like a family friendly neighborhood. We would stay here again!

The Cobblestone Lane house was great. Enough space to spread out. Well maintained. Comfortable furniture and beds. The washer and dishwasher worked great. And the hosts were always responsive and helpful.

Updates are needed

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The pictures of this property are a misleading. The decor is nice but the place could use a good cleaning and updates (paint peeling, shower downstairs is hard to turn on, beds uncomfortable, etc). One of our guests actually stepped on a tack strip on the stairs which causes a pretty big cut/bleeding wound. The rest of the time we were all afraid to walk without shoes. I would not recommend this property.

Horrible experience with getting our deposit refunded.

Horrible experience with the owner, they did not refund our deposit until we contacted them via message on 04.27.21. We had checked out 04.15.21. I also followed up with a phone call to the owner on 04.28 and he was clearly upset we were following up, a he began speaking to me demeaning, yelling "what is the problem" over and over, told me it was VRBO's responsibility to refund our deposit and wouldn't allow me to speak. This was totally unprofessional. I then contacted VRBO and they indicated they did not see the deposit or that is was refunded on their end. VRBO also stated the owner should have refunded our deposit, not VRBO as the owner told me. VRBO assisted us with getting the deposit refunded. We rent all the time through VRBO, this was the WORST experience. We still have not seen a credit on our credit card for the refundable deposit.

Weekend getaway to visit son at Ft Campbell

House was perfect for my family. We traveled to help my son move into his new home off base. The owners even helped accommodate my son and his wife at another property, because there new home was not ready. Will definitely stay with them again....
