This homely well-maintained duplex offers you all the extras of a holiday house at the price of a unit. It has everything you will need to enjoy a beachside break. Free unlimited wifi, Air conditioning and an excellent location with the water only a minutes walk from your door.

The kitchen is well equipped and open plan to the living and dining areas. The screened entertaining area has a table and chairs setting and BBQ. There is plenty of space for everyone including the dog to roam freely. The garage has been converted into a second living area with a big sofa and flat screen TV. We are also happy for you to accommodate up to two additional people in this area (you need to supply the air mattress if you wish to use this area as a third bedroom). There are full laundry facilities for your private use and a dryer in the outdoor area. There is parking for two vehicles in the secure gated carport.

The main shopping centre of Banksia Beach is only minutes drive away as well as the main waterfront of Banksia Beach which offers walk tracks, parks, picnic spots and of course to beautiful waters of Bribie Island. You also have the waterfront of White Patch a minutes walk from your door step which is the perfect fishing and kayaking spot. Sandstone Point Hotel is a seven minutes drive from the property and Woorim surf beach is ten minutes drive away.

Accommodates 6: 2 x Queen beds and an additional two occupants can sleep in the second lounge room (must spply own linen)

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

* Please note bookings made prior to July 1st, 2023, have a different linen set up and you will need to refer to your booking confirmation for linen information.

A $50 pet fee applies if you bring your small well behaved dog.

Dissapointed.

Well it was a bit disappointing,I rang the Real Estate 1 week before to order the linen. We got there and checked the beds and no linen.So rang the real estate as it was late on the Saturday,only Emeremcy number,no reply until next day. Also there are mouses,rats in the ceiling,walls in this property.As lots of sound,noises through the night. And the weather top it off. Then had to race home as my hubby needed hospital attention,in Toowoomba.

Exceeded expectations

This stay was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room outside for our dog. 3 spots for offstreet parking. Easy checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay again.

Banksia Beach Pet Friendly

Positives: Very clean, kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and our dog. Dishwasher was small, but kept up with our family fine. Close to great park and walkways. 15 mins drive to Woorim or Bongaree. Drawbacks: lots of knick-knacks around that aren't great for younger, inquisitive children and mattresses on both beds weren't great, which lost a star for my overall rating.
