Check your expectations

We arrived late at night and found that the house seemed dirty and had a smell to it. We opened up all the windows to air out the place, which left the place smelling fine after about a day. We reported our findings the next day only to find that the staff taking care of the holiday rentals is away on holiday. The staff member standing in did arrange some new mattress protectors for us as the previous ones were well worn with stuffing clumped in balls. The general condition of the house was a bit unkept, taps leaking, dirty blinds, etc. We found that the sandy floor to which we arrived, which we initially thought was a lack of cleaning, is actually a recurring issue whenever the wind blows. During our week stay, we regularly swept and mopped the floor twice to maintain a clean living area. There is a decent size back yard, enough for kids to have a little run around. There was no one in unit 1 during our stay, which felt private, except for the master bedroom window looking straight into the neighbour’s bedroom. Overall the stay was fine, but book this place with the right expectations, the condition is in accordance with the cheaper price that is put on this place (at the time of writing), and sand will be your friend.

Gem near the beach!

Great location. Tidy and functional place with plenty room inside. So close to Woorim beach that it outshines other more expensive places around!!!
