This delightful 2 bedroom duplex sits one street back from the beautiful beach at Woorim. The open plan, kitchen, dining and living area is prefect to enjoy some time with the family or snuggle up on the couches and watch TV on the large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the dining table can seat eight.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, built in wardrobe and seated mirror area. The second bedroom has three single beds and that too has a built in wardrobe and seated mirror area. Both rooms have ceiling fans and the unit has fly screens throughout.

Enjoy the exclusive use of the back yard and wood fire BBQ. There is plenty of space for the kids to stretch their legs and play. This cute unit is within walking distance to the shops, main beach and clubs.

Accommodates 5: 1x Queen bed and 3x Single beds.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

Check your expectations

We arrived late at night and found that the house seemed dirty and had a smell to it. We opened up all the windows to air out the place, which left the place smelling fine after about a day. We reported our findings the next day only to find that the staff taking care of the holiday rentals is away on holiday. The staff member standing in did arrange some new mattress protectors for us as the previous ones were well worn with stuffing clumped in balls. The general condition of the house was a bit unkept, taps leaking, dirty blinds, etc. We found that the sandy floor to which we arrived, which we initially thought was a lack of cleaning, is actually a recurring issue whenever the wind blows. During our week stay, we regularly swept and mopped the floor twice to maintain a clean living area. There is a decent size back yard, enough for kids to have a little run around. There was no one in unit 1 during our stay, which felt private, except for the master bedroom window looking straight into the neighbour’s bedroom. Overall the stay was fine, but book this place with the right expectations, the condition is in accordance with the cheaper price that is put on this place (at the time of writing), and sand will be your friend.
