Not only that, it will ensure you to avoid or to take break from high hot summer rushes wich rolls all around Medulin or Ližnjan..You are there, close, but you can keep your privacy and peace protected just for you and family any time you wish.
After check in, you are absolute boss in the place...enjoy in every single part of property, be relaxed bellow few huge oaks and their refreshing shade wich will helps you to cool down after sunbathing and poolswimm, take a nap amongst 56 olive trees or just enjoy in the sound of wind, pure nature and birds chats

We are well situated in the middle of attractive tourist zone: sea and beach are easy to reach by car 5 to 10 min wether you look for small local beach of large family one); large shopping centar mainly for food and daily necessities is 300 m away;sport aeroport 1,5 km away, Riding club, Adrenalina park, tourist agencies, bars and restorans in Medulin and Ližnjan easy to reach...
