Our professionally furnished and decorated former show home offers the comfort, convenience, and space that will make your holiday a breeze to enjoy. At 3116 sq ft, the home features 5 bedrooms, including 1 master on each floor, and 5 bathrooms, including one with direct access from the fully enclosed south-facing backyard with your private swimming pool and hot tub.

Our goal is to make your vacation as wonderful as those we have enjoyed!

Cocoa Beach is conveniently located (78 miles) near the Kennedy Space Centre on the sunshine state’s fabulous Atlantic Ocean coast while Clearwater Beach’s (85 miles) soft white sands and long pier is a great place to enjoy the Gulf coast sunset.

Disney Family Vacay

What an amazing experience we had renting this beautiful home. We are a family of seven, three generations, with a six year old, two teenagers, parents and grandparents. Great Disney Vacation

I couldn’t have better things to say about the homeowners. They made everything smooth from the time of booking to check out. Susan made sure to reach out with information on the community, home, and area. The home was large and clean, having a bedroom for each kid was key to survival with 4 kids, lol. The community fitness room met our needs and we enjoyed the tennis courts. The community pool is quite busy and pretty strict but we still enjoyed it.We will certainly stay again.

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Lanai pool and hot tub. We were also very comfortable in the large living room watching the Super Bowl. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

This beautiful home was perfect for our group. Plenty for the kids to do and move around. Great living space for socializing, the pool/hot tub was easy to heat and great for little ones. Overall great experience and a great location to do things off the resort as well. Susan was great to deal with! One week wasn’t enough so we extended the trip by 3 days. Everything was great!!

Great home located 15 minutes from parks. Home is well maintained and the neighborhood amenities were 5 star. The host made everything easy and was the most pleasant person to engage with. I normally bring my own pots but this home has top tier everything. Come and leave everything else at home because it is here!

Exceptional stay for our family

Susan’s home was well appointed. Very comfortable beds, seating areas, and everything we needed for our family of all ages. The home is a great location within the resort as it’s an easy block walk to the main clubhouse and pool. Susan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Stress-free family vacation

The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.

Great Customer Service and Relaxing House

AMAZING VACATION

We loved our time spent at this house! We were there for a week with family. There was never a moment we were disappointed. The house offered everyone space when they needed it and a big living room and out door pool, to gather asa large group. We wish we could stay longer. Susan was so friendly to communicate with. The kids were all about the POOL POOL POOL! We were even able to head over to Cocoa beach one day. House was clean and immaculate. Susan was a great host and responsed quickly to any questions or requests.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to the Orlando area ever since our children were young. I think we tried every form of accommodation: on-site hotels, off-site hotels, condos, time shares, but it wasn't until our good friends purchased a home in Solterra that we knew we found the best way to stay in the Central Florida area. Why cram into a small hotel room (or two) when you can have the Villa-Étoile with all the comforts of home!

We love the south facing backyard, natural sunlight streaming through the double story of windows, high ceilings and spacious/open feel throughout the entire house. As fans of Star Wars, the themed games room proved it was "meant to be". The Solterra Resort is situated perfectly, whether we need to drive to the theme parks, escape to the beaches, attend a professional sporting event, or do some shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our home is only a 3-minute walk away from the clubhouse and resort facilities. There is no need to schedule in a water-park visit because guests have access to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse with its fantastic pool, lazy river, water slides, cabanas, playground, tennis courts and clubhouse.

High ceilings and wonderful natural light streaming through the windows make this a perfect choice for our sunny Solterra vacations.

The Harry Potter themed bedroom and the Star Wars themed game room are a bonus!
