About this property

Awesome Studio with ocean view located on the sisxth floor of tower 1 at the complex Aria Ocea. It has one open bedroom like a suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed infront of it. The bathroom is great and the kitchenette has all the basics in order to fix your meals. You can enjoy your food in a furnished terrace with ocean view and bbq grill.
The apartment has towels, linens, pans, kitchen utensils, dishware, silverware, glases, coffee maker, toaster, small oven, microwave, stove, blender, AC, ceiling fan, satellite Tv and Wifi. This Apartment has been just renovated on march, so everything is completely new. Don´t hesitate and come to spend some days at the beautiful beaches on Nuevo Vallarta. The complex has great gardens and two awesome pools. One is huge like infinity type and the other one is actually built on the sand. The snackbar area offers you cheap and great meals to enjoy next to the pools and ocean if you dont feel to cook and just want to go and relax.
There are several restaurants nearby and the grocery strore is just 5 minutes away by car. The apartment is suitable for 4 to sleep although the best accomodation will be 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults at the most.
