The apartment in the very center of Old Town, Iashvili street, which is a quite area despite its location. Very close to the most popular tourist places in the center of Tbilisi.
The apartment is about 100 sq.m, located in a lovely neighborhood with cool cafes, bars, restaurants just 5-10 minute walk.
2 bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. It also has a very cosy balcony.
Other things to note:
- N1 bedroom: 1 King Size bed and 1 single bed with AC.
- N2 bedroom: 1 King Size bed and 1 single bed with AC and cosy balcony.
- Apartment have centralized heating system in winter season and Air conditioning system in summer season.
- Transfer from the Tbilisi Airport is available and costs 40 GEL.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
