One block away from the beach, Joe's Place is a 1970's two-story 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cooks Beach holiday home with unlimited WIFI.

Set on a quarter acre section with a concrete driveway, this holiday home has '70s decor with some modern furnishings. Comfortable; practical living is the key; with an open plan kitchen and a lounge that flows on the large balcony with sea views.

The kitchen is very workable with plenty of storage and pantry space; so it'll be great for cooking up some holiday snacks or prepping all the food. This Cooks Beach accommodation has four bedrooms; two upstairs and three downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a sliding door with access to the balcony with those magnificent views. Sleeping up to 10 people without compromising on space for everyone to unwind.

Located in an area that provides oodles of things to do, whether you're after fishing; swimming; riding out on a boat, or just lounging in the sand; Cooks Beach offers it all.

Fantastic location. Fantastic house!

The location was perfect.. just a very short stroll to the beach. The house is large and was plenty big enough for our family group of 10 (7 adults and 3 children). The views overlooking the sea were absolutely beautiful from the huge deck. Everything we needed was at the house and we all had a wonderful time. The only very minor issues were that the bbq burners weren’t working properly so had to use the oven inside for some of our cooking and the smoke alarm was “alarming” constantly on arrival as required a new battery. Other than this it was all perfect and we very much look forward to holidaying here again. Thankyou.
