Enjoying a peaceful and private position, this modern holiday home offers a great family escape just a 5 minute drive into the village.
This spacious Matakana holiday home includes well appointed open plan living, and easy indoor/outdoor flow for ideal summer living... Relax on the sheltered patio with a BBQ and watch the kids play in the large garden, or admire the tranquil scenery for the perfect country getaway...
Bedroom 1 at this Matakana accommodation opens onto the patio and spacious lawn for cruisy summer stays. This room has an ensuite bathroom, and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, while bedroom 3 is fitted with a single bed, a king single and a trundler bed. There is also a second lounge fitted with a double sofa bed when required, making this is an ideal option for family groups and couples.
In addition to the ensuite, there is a family bathroom plus a separate toilet.
When you are not unwinding with spectacular views, head into town to enjoy the local cafes and markets a short 5 minute drive away. Plus, Omaha is a 10 minute drive away, and Leigh is 15 minutes away...
