The first floor offers an open living/dining area with stainless steel appliances and white marble countertops as well as one of the three bedrooms. The second level has the other two bedrooms which both have full en suite bathrooms. Outside you have your own brick patio area complete with firepit.

Relaxing and easy to feel at home

We are hopeful to rent this location again. 1/2 mile to wonderful beaches, 1/4 Mile to the store, Trader Joe's, wonderful shopping, restaurants. The property is a surprise full of a garden feel all around the pathways. And there is the best ice cream steps away next to CVS. While we were staying, the property had available everything we wanted for comforts of home, electric kettle, coffee machine, small instapot, toaster that can toast beagles. I even made cheese cake. The kitchen is filled with high quality appliances that make cooking easy if you choose to cook as well as a dishwasher. We stayed in July and there was no need for A/C. It is safe to leave windows open for that ocean breeze too cool you off. As well as the back patio pictured there is a paved side yard that is great for kids to have room to play ball, hopscotch or just be silly. You can sit on the out door couch and relax while they play. Also not pictured is an office area that would be handy if part of your party has to work during your stay. It is a large comfortable space. The home is comfortable and on the minimal side in decoration and "stuff" so keeping it clean and relaxing is super easy. The less work I need to do on vacation the better. We did have one issue and the owner was prompt and friendly. We found the property to be quiet and the people friendly. I grew up near here and have stayed at the hotel next door. Now that my children are teens having three rooms over sharing one hotel room.... Wow, what a difference it makes! Not to mention all having our own bathroom. :) I also enjoy jogging and have jogged in this area for years at all hours with no issue. This is a lovely safe area.
