The property management from Hell

I scheduled this property for a stay with my entire family. Since we were arriving after 6:00PM, we contacted the management company regarding getting the keys and instructions to the property. They told us that they would send us the instructions by email, which we never received. When we arrived at the site, there were no instructions, we called their answering service and they couldn't assist us in any way and just took down the complaint. We spent hours outside the property, waiting for assistance to no avail after a 6 hour drive. The property in itself was nice, but I would never use that management company anymore

Good location but lacks cleanliness

We were told check in was pushed back due to COVID cleaning policies however upon entering the home it was the furthest thing from clean. There was a used tampon on the bathroom floor, showers weren’t even rinsed (there was freshly shaven hair in two bathrooms). Other than the lack of cleanliness the house was as advertised and a short drive to the beach. Just Expect to bring all of your own cleaning and paper products .

Great Experience

Definitely a great place to stay. Only thing I advise is to inspect prior to arrival. Me and my family did so we wouldn't be the blame of anything prior to our stay. Otherwise amazing place to stay. Rooms were comfortable. Neighborhood was friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

Great value!

This place is exactly as advertised. The game room garage was definitely a plus! Our only wish was that it had some restaurants or shopping within walking distance. Given the price (and the fact that the boardwalk is only about a 10 minute drive away), it's a great value, though!
