I want to preface by saying you're paying for location, primarily. Excellent, if somewhat dodgy, location, close to many places of interest, shops, restaurants, etc. That said, does the apartment have what you need? Yes. Does it have everything you want? Probably not. Apartment is very spartan, not much in the line of decor or niceties. Couch was uncomfortable and there were no reading lamps, so at night,you have to have the overhead lights on to read. Apartment had a musty smell when we arrived, and a definite sewage smell in the bathroom. Also, the pipes made a loud sound like a steamboat whistle. Personally, if we come back to Dublin, we'd book another property. But as I said earlier, the location is great, which is what you're paying for.

Great Location, nice flat
We had a great stay. The place was as depicted. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. If I could make one recomendation, the kitchen could be a bit better equipt, but that is a minor suggestion and mostly relevant because we were attempting to host an American Thanksgiving. I would recommend this flat and I would stay here again. You can't beat the location!

Nice place near the sights
The apartment is nicely furnished and centrally located. We walked to most of our sightseeing destinations. Management was very helpful when contacted. It does have a hot water issue as mentioned in previous reviews. You can only get hot water at one faucet at a time. I would suggest that they remove the bathroom cabinet over the sink in the insuite bath. It is too deep for the room and sink. You hit your head on it trying to wash your face. There also needs to be a shelf in that shower.
