With a private washer and dryer, a sleek, updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful counters and flat screen TVs in each bedroom, this condo will have you in full relax mode! Enjoy the ocean before you from your seat on the ocean front porch. It's all you need for the best vacation! This condo offers nightly rentals on a last-minute basis as well, and is available for winter rentals.

Shores of Surfside I is located 3.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex offers direct oceanfront views. Experience beach living at Shores of Surfside I. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. Have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf, barbeque at the complex's grilling area, or just relax on your private balcony! Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
