Neat cottage with a real cottage feel. Clean and updated in all the right places to keep that cottage feel. 4 bedrooms, cozy kitchen with new appliances, side by side refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen dishes and appliances.
3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. 1-Queen bed with TV. Set of twin beds in other 2 bedrooms.
Nice Living room with large flat screen and amazing lake views. There is a nice sunporch overlooking the lake.
Downstairs offers a large room with king bed and a set of twin beds. Large flat screen TV, couch, chairs and game table. Also downstairs is a newly remodeled bathroom and an over sized extra refrigerator for all those extras.
Outside has generous parking, a gorgeous brick patio, propane grill, picnic tables, and more.
There is also a boat house and inside you will find a couple of Kayaks and vests.
Enjoy amazing sunrise and sunset views.
The beach has been eroded in the last few years, but lake is shallow and sandy. Hard to tell what mother natures has in store each year. This is a Fantastic Summer location, and also perfect for Hunters and fishermen.
Close Caseville and all the fun downtown activities. Lemon Tree Marketplace is great for shopping, plus coffee, smoothies and pastries oh and don't miss the upstairs here - fantastic, you will find several consignment areas, Dancing Lotus has Crystals, art, and painted furniture, while Crafts by Sherri has some wonderful home painted furnishings and decorations, there is also a mix of consignment clothing and painted furniture and houseware accessories scattered throughout the upstairs. The Market on Main is every Saturday in the summer months where you can pick up fresh produce or baked goods along with other crafts and general goods. Jades on the Bay is a great Women's clothing boutique, Cottage Outfitters has a wonderful selection of goods and furnishings while LaBlanc's is full of souvenirs, T-shirts and more, and Keepsakes has wonderful shopping, greeting cards, Cheeseburger decorations, toys, t-shirts and beyond, you will also want to check out the local thrift store - Helping hands while you are in town which is next to Key North Surf shop where you will find beach wear from suits to hoodies and everything in between. For that real hometown feeling, try Walt's for breakfast, there is also Lefty's or stop into the historical Dufty's Blue water for that local bar atmosphere with awesome food. If you like beer, stop in to The Thumb Brewery on Pine Street for a pint along with a nice selection of food such as flatbreads or burgers, and for a fun meal, try out Beachy's menu which is full of wonderful options. And that is just some of the things in Caseville, not to mention Bay Port, Pigeon, or Port Austin! Check with the Caseville Chamber of Commerce for festivals and other amenities or attractions in the area.
We do have a Strict No Pet Policy.
Note: 2021 winter sea wall replaced. And Boathouse slab redone.
