Fantastic centrally located home in highly desired Holladay. 3500 Sq Ft. 5 bed, 2 bath. Large trees and lot give a secluded, private feel. Property is tucked away so it feel like your own private oasis. You can be skiing in 15 to 20 minutes at the 6 world class ski resorts in Utah. 25 minutes to Park City. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake. 15 minute to Salt Lake airport. 5 bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeps 18, beautiful updated kitchen with granite countertops and glass back splash, custom large bathroom shower. Park like yard with basketball court, tree house and wonderful shade trees. Your kids and dogs will love this yard. The supervisor lives in completely separate apartment in basement at the house.

Terrible Stay

The food in the refrigerator was spoiled because it turned off during the day. The owner said it was because we overran the breaker, but we only had a crock pot and skillet plugged in. We also were disrupted late at night with the renter (who lives below) using the F bomb, and playing video games until 1am. The house and rooms were dirty. The pull out beds were unusable from all the crumbs and dirt. The vents are broken and filthy. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms. The sink and disposal were clogged. The outlets wouldn’t work in the kitchen, and the whole electrical system outside is a hazard. Run from this property!!!

Great ski house

Affordable, spacious house, lots of kids games, all kitchen amenities needed, and many beds! Easy access to ski resorts!

Ski Vacation

We stayed at the home as we ventured up into the mountains during the day to ski. The inside of the home is VERY comfortable and someone has spent a lot of time and energy refurbing the house. Still a few kinks to work out but very comfortable overall. The outside of the home did not match the elegance of the inside but as we were not utilizing outdoor spaces much (winter time), so it did not matter to us.

Lots of issues were a problem. Stove in kitchen had problems with gas valves. Lower room had odor.

I would not stay at this place again.

Highly desirable area, with large trees, tree house basket ball hoop for kids, quiet streets and amazing access to all the places you want to go. Home is tucked away so it feels like your own private oasis in the middle of the city.
