Very spacious 2400 sq ft condo, located at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7430 Wasatch Blvd, 84121) in the Canyon Racquet Club. 4 bedroom 3 bath

1 Queen w/ private bathroom = 2nd bedroom

Only 15 min to Snowbird or Alta and only 20 min to Solitude or Brighton. A 35 min drive will get you to main street in Park City as well as Deer Valley resort and The Canyons. Great location. Lots of room for families, co-workers, or friends. Great separation of sleeping and hang out spaces. 2-car Garage parking. Private Hot Tub (for winter use only)

Graduation Trip

Four day weekend

Property was excellent. Great proximity to everything. The master on the second floor is enormous. There’s three bedrooms on the main floor and one of them serves as a second master. Plenty of room for everyone in the great room and having cable TV was a bonus. Home was very clean and the owner left a binder with all the information we needed. Thank you for a great weekend.

Perfect location

We easily accessed all the cotton wood canyon resorts.Kitchen is a little small but large table helps. BBQ came in handy for steaks and chicken. Huge master suite made a almost second living space. Second master is big bonus.

Haven for a wedding weekend

This was a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy during a wedding weekend. The location is very convenient, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The decor is a bit worn but for our purposes it was a great place to stay and we especially appreciated how easy and nice it was to communicate with the owners. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place!

Utah 2023 Ski Trip

Ski conditions were ideal. Condo was conveniently located on the canyon road. Travel time to Snowbird and Alta was 20 to 30 minutes depending on road conditions. Condo worked well for our crew.

3 to 3 1/2 Stars but could be 4 1/2.

The house needs a little deep cleaning and a face lift. Also, unless I missed it, there wasn't anything advising us to have all cars park in the garage. My kids car wouldn't fit which was somewhat of an inconvenience.

Pros Location! You are at the base of two canyons with access to 4 ski resorts, all 17-25 minutes from your door. One of those being a world class ski resort, Snowbird. The others being local favorites that tourists aren't aware of. All, excellent skiing. This property was exceptionally clean. There are decent restaurants, breweries you could walk to, while still feeling the property is quite private, certainly many options within a 5-10 min drive. Anything or anywhere you want to go in the city, including heading to Park City is less than an hour away. 20 min to the airport. Cons The fireplace does not work and needs to be replaced. Listing this as a property with a functioning fireplace is a blatant misrepresentation. There is a fireplace, don't expect it to function. This is extremely disappointing if that is part of what you are paying for. This property has fixtures and decor from the 80's with the exception of kitchen appliances being updated. Amenities include hand soap and dish soap. Bring your own bath soap. If you are looking for a place to sleep and get in a hot tub after a day on the slopes and don't care about ambiance, I would highly recommend this property. Huge bonus to be able to check in early! Overall a great experience, there are many VRBO properties in this complex, I will look and compare carefully next time I come.

This is the perfect location to ski areas, park city and area attractions in SLC. The condo was spacious and comfortable. So enjoyed our time in the hot tub.

We are a family in love with the mountains and ocean. Kyre grew up on the slopes of Utah, and will forever call Snowbird her home mountain. Brian and Kyre met because he moved from the east coast to snowboard in Utah. Now with two little girls we live in Seattle. Having moved here for a job in the snow industry, we get to play in the mountains and take advantage of the proximity to water. .......It may take a 5mm wetsuit but the surf, and camping are great!

We keep our condo so we can come back 'home' and get on the mountain easily. Utah makes it so easy.....and honestly you can't beat the snow. Light and dry, with a good chance of sun! Dreamy.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because of easy access to the resorts (specifically for us Snowbird) :) It also feels like you are on vacation, not in a neighborhood. Hot tub on the private deck looks out onto the mountains. Three separate bathrooms are also a plus when you have a full house.

Large quality built condo in complex in an Excellent Location. Safe neighborhood. Short drive to resorts. Easy freeway access to get downtown/convention center or Park City. Walkable to local favorite Porcupine Pub and Grille.

What makes this property unique

We hope you enjoy our condo. At the base of the canyon it couldn't be better located to take advantage of outdoor recreation. Quick access to resorts: Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, as well as the freeway to Park City, and convention center. While you're here we highly suggest you walk to the Porcupine for a drink and bite, or the 8 Settlers Distillery and Salola Lounge.
