Tropical feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location cannot be beat so central to everything key west. Withing minutes walk to Duval St and the action. Rent a bike and be anywhere within minutes. Condo was super c clean and located in a quiet, safe community.

Had the “best time” in Key West

The neighborhood is safe and quiet even at night. The condo is in a great location and had all the basics needed. It was clean and nicely decorated. Advice for picking up the keys would be to skip the Uber and instead take a taxi. We had a lot of difficulty communicating with our Uber driver on how to get to the office for key pick up and as a result were not able to get there before the office closed. We had to call the Compass Realty emergency after hours number for help. It should be noted however that the person we spoke with was INCREDIBLY helpful and stayed on the line with us while we found the office and talked us through getting to our condo. My understanding is that the taxi drivers are better at being flexible with the written driving instructions to the office, since the GPS coordinates do not take you straight there. Despite the key retrieval hiccups, everything was great and we had an amazing time. Can’t wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental several years. Compare to others in Shipyard that we have rented, it is be far the most comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is really nice with a large fridge and extra counter space. The furniture is quite comfortable and the decor is peaceful and well coordinated throughout. Also, very clean. Back deck has lovely vegetation to look at and is quiet. Great location near town and nice pool within short walk.

The unit was updated, clean, well stocked, and quiet when we needed it!! Special to hear taps and anthem at each end of the day! Compass was thorough, small toilet issue promptly addressed. We would go back here on any future return trips.
