Find a better place

After staying one night we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. After much back and forth the owners still refuse to refund us for the nights we didn't stay. They were polite but they refuse to show us real kindness and help us in our time of difficulty. That's why I'm recommending you find a better place with cleaner rooms and where you can sleep with a better peace of mind.
