Why they chose this property
The villa is a new construction, built to a very high standard but respectful of the tradition architectural style of the island. It is built on a hillside over three levels and offers commanding views of the town below
What makes this property unique
The house is in on a hillside above the old town. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the paved uphill path which is popular for walks in the summer. It is located next to a beautiful byzantine church, and is close to the local beaches of Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos. Furthermore it is 5 minutes walk to the closest horse and carriage, that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island (remember, no cars allowed on the island!)
