About this property

This Beautiful Duplex is conveniently located across the street from the ocean with direct access to a very quiet and private beach. This Unit is 1470 sqft. Fully furnished, two bedrooms with queen size beds, 1.5 baths, I car garage, laundry room w/washer and dryer, balcony off main bedroom with great views, back deck area for relaxing and grilling, outside shower for rinsing off after coming back from beach. All beach equipment such as towels, coolers, raft, beach cart, beach chairs, boogie board and two bicycles (one male, one female bike) are furnished as well.

Just 1.5 miles from the famous Flagler Ave. and short distance to popular restaurants and shops. Close to Theatre, Grocers and Museums.

Location is perfect!

We enjoyed a wonderful month in New Smyrna Beach! Our house was perfect and we had everything that we needed. It was close to town and we were able to ride our bikes just about everywhere. Julie was always available to answer any questions we had. Definitely a stress-free vacation. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Great place and excellent location.

Julie was great to work with. Everything was as described and she had all the items you need for a successful stay. The place was exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. She contacted us half way through our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first VRBO. We felt at home here from the moment we walked in. Everything was perfect and as advertised. There was plenty of room for our party of four adults. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare any meals for yourself, and the Pubix is just down the road for groceries, as well as a 7-11 even closer for a quick trip.. There is even a 1-car garage to park your car. We spent a lot of time walking the miles of beach, and also took advantage of the bikes that were provided. The communication was excellent! Julie was in touch very often and if we had a question, she responded usually within minutes. Bottom line, 5+ stars. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute and clean

Cute and clean. Was awesome to have a wagon and beach umbrella and other beach items in the garage. There is some road noise at night, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Cozy Place with a Practically Private Beach and Quiet Neighborhood

I never expected to be across the street (rather busy but always crossable) from what amounts to a private stretch of beach in FL. Grab a chair and umbrella (provided at the house) and go settle in a long stretch of beach for several mostly residential blocks in each direction that keep it quiet and peaceful. Take a bike (also provided) and enjoy long morning rides ono the beach also. Speaking of peaceful and relaxing, the house is also in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a very clean, open, and airy place with a kitchen that's adequate for basic meal prep when you want to stay in, but within walking or short drive to great restaurant options and grocery store. A nice and private back patio area is also great for relaxing away from the beach. Julie was a very accessible host and answered questions as needed very quickly. The best VRBO experience I've had with a host really. If my partner and I ever find ourselves looking to go back to NSB, we would enthusiastically return.
