Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condominium comes completely stocked with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation!
This 2nd floor oceanfront unit offers all the comforts of home…completely stocked kitchen, comfortable King size bed in master bedroom, perfect for relaxing. The second bedroom offers Two Twin size beds for guests. Spare linens, bath towels and beach towels as well as beach chairs are provided for your stay.

There are also two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. Both pools are conveniently located between the two buildings for easy access. There are also plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun!

Ocean Place 44

The room is on the second floor and had a nice view of the ocean and dunes that had lots of wildlife. We got to see rabbits , turtles , ducks and a hawk . The weather wasn't the best the whole week. We dodged wind and rain ,was told it's not typical for the area. We enjoyed the downtown shopping , restaurants and did a boat tour of Cumberland Island and surrounding areas. Lots of interesting information. The master bed was comfortable however the sofa, and chairs need to be replaced they were very uncomfortable. Over all the condo was ok.

Family Friendly & Great Views

Our family had a great time and stay in this condo. Everything was very clean, the balcony was a great size and the view was wonderful. Our younger kids loved that they got their own fun room and so did we! We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable

This Condo did not have a lot of clutter which left plenty of room for my personal items. The kitchen could use some extra items because it was rather sparse. There were plenty of extra towels but they were hard to access because they were in a plastic bag shoved into a small closet. The extra chairs on the balcony were nice to have to take to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
