NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO ON 4TH FLOOR! Only 5 Minute Walk to Private Beach!

Welcome to our new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom impeccable condo on the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and right beside a beautiful complex pool.

With it's fantastic location inside the gated resort community, 2123 Beach Wood offers privacy while still being in close proximity to the picturesque dune-swept beaches that the south end of Amelia Island is known for. Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring the miles of shaded, paved walking trails weaving throughout the resort. Plus, our condo is only a short bike ride away from the natural salt marshlands of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Situated on the 4th floor, the plush accommodations include a King Bed and Full Bath in the Master Bedroom, and a Queen Bed in the Second Bedroom, with a Full Bath right next door.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet storage, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. For those business travelers, our condo is a short distance from the Omni Conference Center and offers a desk in the second bedroom, perfect to use as a remote work station with our high-speed wireless internet.

Feeling hungry? The closest grocery store is only 2.2 miles away and the resort restaurants are only a 9-minute walk away up the path at The Shops at Omni Amelia Island, an old Florida shopping village with many boutiques, an art gallery, and more.

If golfing is your favorite pastime, the resort's Oak Marsh is a classic Pete Dye course that's open to the public. Those looking to feel pampered can book services at the resort's spa.

Guests can also venture to the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which is about 15 minutes north by car.

Hoping to explore our enchanted island further? Numerous bike and golf cart rental companies are nearby and/or deliver. The resort's Nature Center offers various tours and there are many places to kayak, horseback ride on the beach, or rent a boat. There are four putt-putt courses for families, as well as museums and two community theatres. Please inquire for more information on local attractions and activities. We would love to help you plan the perfect budget-friendly beach getaway!

Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main hotel pool, fitness center and shuttle service) and Racquet Park is restricted to club members and their guests unless you are scheduling lessons or registered for a clinic. The condo is very nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The access to the water, good restaurants, and the town of Fernandina are excellent. The hosts also left a couple of little welcome treats, which were most appreciated.

Nice quiet weekend

The resort was very nice. Mostly older folks. No riff raff or party people. Walk to the beach was a little longer than we hoped, but not difficult. Not as close to downtown Amelia as we hoped but not too far to make the drive. The place was clean and nice. Parking was very limited. Overall a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

The condo was wonderful, so clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra linens, pillows, towels, and blankets. There was extra hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. Check in was a breeze, and some minor hiccups were addressed the same day. So often you do not see this thoughtfulness. Great condo, location and management company. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.
