Marina Park is a beautiful property with a great location in Frisco. Built in 2002, the building is modern and comes complete with a large kitchen, open kitchen, dining and living area, 2 car garage and lots of living space. The property is located just off Main Street on Seventh Avenue so all of the shops and restaurants in town are an easy walk away. Common area facilities include a small swimming pool and exercise room.
Unit 14C is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and Queen bed again in the third bedroom. Additional bedding is a Twin over Full bunk bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sized futon. Other features are 2 gas fireplaces, one in the living room and a second in the master bedroom, private laundry facilities, and flat screen TVs throughout making your stay pleasant and enjoyable.
