It is located in a perfect spot. We don't have to deal with all the summer traffic and people unless we want to.
What makes this property unique
It is so convenient to Ocean City and the board walk. The best part is we have summer concerts every Friday on the beach. We can just walk down and enjoy the music. Also all the best restaurants are basically within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby along with other shopping.
