Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of 10. The golf carts made it easy to carry all our beach gear to the nearby beach access. The showers, indoors and out, are amazing! Communication with the owner was easy and professional. Highly recommend.

Great Location - Great Vacation

Everything was very easy. Home was clean, instruction were easy to follow - close to the beach. Came with 2 golf cart - 1 worked and the other didn't but we were only a family of 4 so it was fine.

Great location and the golf carts were helpful to get everyone transported. Plenty of dishes and cooking items. Linen service was helpful to keep from packing those items. Walls has lots of marks and could use a fresh coat of paint. But other than that it was a nice place with plenty of room to spread out.

Didn’t have good beds microwave didn’t work carpets were super dirty and dryer did not dry very well it was alittle over prize for wat we expected

Can’t beat the location! House has a good layout for family. Everything we needed for a fun weekend. From the board games, golf carts to the chiminea there was always something to do even if you have a rain day. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. There were a few negatives. We did have a last minute reservation, but if your property is listed for rent it needs to be ready for last minute. It looked like someone had to rush to clean and get out. When we got there there was a bag of trash sitting in the kitchen, the garbage cans were full and the grill looked like it was just used. We didn’t use the grill, so we left it like we found it. The golf carts are a great plus to have! The blue one seems newer and worked great. Since we had a larger group we needed both carts to go the beach or pool. We charged both every night but the yellow one is very slow and the tires seemed flat so we only used once. Overall we had a great time and will definitely keep this place in mind!

Decent Place

Highs- use of 2 golf carts, rooms are big, close to the beach/ ocean, beds were super comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen updated, indoor pool, and tvs with cable in every room. Lows- outdated decor, lack luster outdoor space, outdoor pools w/ little to no heat, and overpriced property for level of finishes.

Social distancing get away

My small family and I were looking for a small getaway that would be reasonable in light of the pandemic. Everything about the home was spot on. Linens were packaged and ready outside. The house was spotless. The location was an easy walk to the beach versus a short golf cart ride if you so desired. The only thing the owners couldn’t fix was the crowding and the people not wearing masks around the area which was highly disconcerting considering the pandemic. We didn’t check out any of the facilities like the pool etc because we were social distancing and didn’t want to risk excess contact so cannot speak for these options. Nevertheless, the house and location did make for an easy stay for our little family.

Excellent location near beach away from high tourist areas

Great location near the beach, less than 5 min walk to the sand. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and tennis courts. The 4 bedrooms made our stay comfortable and open floor plan was great for our 2 family group to enjoy our time together. Had an issue with one golf cart dying part way through the drive around the complex (it was fully charged over night per directions) but the kids enjoyed the story of pushing mom home. Overall great stay and recommend staying here
