This property exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The unit was well stocked and we loved having the washer-dryer in the unit. We will would definitely stay again the next time we are in Flagstaff.

The entire unit was extremely clean and we loved the shower stall. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the volume on the TV in the family room the morning we checked out. We stayed for only two nights so we didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but it looked well appointed. We will stay again.

It was the perfect size and location for everything we needed and were doing (it was the perfect distance to the Grand Cayon and Antelope Canyon). We did enjoy the little cafe by the pool, the ice cream was wonderful. We kept saying what a wonderful place this would be to being our grown children and granddaughters and how much they would enjoy it also.

Awesome!!

When booking this property we were given the chance to ask for special accommodations. We did ask for the least amount of stairs possible. There were 2 stairs which was perfect! Upon opening the door the unit was just beauiful. Very spacious, updated, very comfortable bed and a hot tub bath in the bedroom! My favorite part however were the herd of deer that came in the afternonn and bedded down right outside the bedroom window It was a wonderful stay-Thank you so much!!

Flagstaff Getaway

We had such a great, restful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the vacation rental and amenities. It was cold, so we didn’t enjoy as many amenities as we had planned, but it was great to have a clubhouse to enjoy. We checked out games and had fun playing pool. Everything in the unit was well thought out, we had everything we needed! When we ran out of paper towels, towels and dishwasher tabs they were brought promptly! Flagstaff was the perfect location to do so much exploring from the Grand Canyon to the Petrified forest. We did a lot of hiking nearby and in Sedona. Thanks for the memories! While the unit is well maintained it is older. There are noises- neighbor noises and heater noises. It wouldn’t hinder us staying again. But some people are more sensitive to loud sounds.

Place itself was really nice - clean - as described.

The property itself was great, but although we booked through VRBO with a private owner, we were still put through the hard sell by Wyndham Resorts to sign up for a timeshare sales pitch. The woman was pleasant and professional, and I know she was just doing her job, but we still had to almost be rude to get away from the desk with our parking pass - and not be subjected to further high pressure sales. Other than that, the place was nice and conveniently located. I'm sure the description was accurate, and it was too cold to grill out any way, but there was not a personal gas grill for our use. But not a show stopper - we would certainly stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The place was very clean. The only negative is that many of the amenities were closed due to COVID. However, we were happy to see that the hot tub was open!

Pictures do not do it justice. The inside of the condo was very spaciousness, clean, well decorated, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. The entire community is very nice and we enjoyed the clubhouse they have on site. Overall great experience and will be booking again!

The place was nice. The walls are very thin. We did not sleep much, because the people next door had children and they cried all day. The kids were pushing furniture and we heard all the noise and we could feel the Vibration . We could hear EVERY thing from next door. Not very peaceful.

Resort, amenities and location are great. Room wasn't exactly as pictured - unit was downstairs and more condensed than picture, no fireplace. However all other description of property is accurate. Tv in living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Couple things were broken when we got there but a call to resort staff and issues were fixed right away. Would absolutely stay again.

It was close to attractions easy to get to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Had a great time. I felt the description and pictures of the unit were misleading. They showed a hot tub on the deck etc but not the case in person. Needed to go to another building which wasn't going to happen.
