Overall nice facility with nice pools and close proximity to lots of activities. I wish we hadn’t been in a basement level room as we had no balcony or views and it was very dark. Upon checkin our mounted shampoo bottle was empty and our coffee pot had mold growing in it so we couldn’t use that. I also wish we had been on the other side of the road with the larger/nicer pool. Housekeeping is only by request so we had to request additional towels and wash a load of laundry to have enough towels. The rooms are well stocked and the facility is very nice.

We were there to enjoy a five day vacation. It was great Wyndham is close to Dollywood and close to all the other shows. The condo was nice and comfortable to come home to after spending the day at Dollywood.

The resort had very nice amenties including pools, hot tubs, spray yard, mini golf. We didnt really get a chance to enjoy it all because we had a short stay. The rental was clean, spacious and in a great location. Would highly recommend!
