Fun Resort, but had to move during stay

Fun property for all ages. Kids had lots to due. However, we booked for a week and had to move unexpectedly midweek due to error in 3rd party booking. We did get one room back, but disaster moving 9 people. Room we were going into wasn't ready. Tradewinds wasn't helpful as they kept telling us it was a BlueGreen Resort issues. Offered us ice cream vouchers for the kids that expired on the same day, so we never could use them. We basically had to waste one entire day in the middle of vacation moving rooms. Beyond that, was a great place.
