The flat is big and nicely decorated. The lady who meet us was unpleasant, I had to call the owner to instruct her to relase us keys. It looked clean when we arrived, I wish if the bathrooms were better cleaned and some bedding looked unwashed. The owner was answering messages almost immediately, he sound it very kind.

The owner refunded my money but Verbo not yet. I’m still waiting for my rest of money from you. I had awful experience and I never stayed in this property. I need my money back
