The Atlantic greets you every morning from your own private balcony - waves rolling in below, sea breeze drifting through the windows, and the coastline setting the pace for your entire stay. Sorry, no pets.
 
Living space
The open living and dining area keeps the ocean in full view through large windows. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating maintain comfort year-round, while wifi, a dedicated workspace, and cable TV handle everything from remote work to evening downtime.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and direct balcony access overlooking the water. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds with its own private balcony facing the beach. Bed linens, towels, hangers, a washer, dryer, and iron are all provided.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table sits just steps from the coast, visible right outside.
 
Outdoor living
Both balconies sit directly above the sand, perfect for slow mornings and quiet evenings as light fades over the Atlantic. A community pool is also available for additional time outdoors.
 
Essentials & parking
Bathroom essentials, a bathtub, and a hair dryer are included. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site. A private entrance, free parking, and a garage for 2 vehicles make arrivals and departures effortless.
 
Location
Perched directly on the shoreline in Ponte Vedra Beach, this condo places you at the edge of the Atlantic with easy access to everything the area offers. We are a Local Host Company.

-This property requires a 30- day minimum rental.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
