Relax by the private pool or white sandy private beach exclusive for our guests.Other Boracay attractions are only 5-10min away.

If you prefer to rest, relax and enjoy this paradise island, you can visit our white sand beach (exclusive for guests and residence of Boracay Newcoast) – 2 min by van; or use the outdoor swimming pool in our building
In Boracay you are never too far frm hustle and bustle bars, restaurants and other tourist attractions
Famous white beach (station 1), Bulabog or Puka beach are 5-10min away.
Recently opened shopping centre “City Mall” (the biggest grocery store in island, pharmacy, ATM,. Bank, Exchange office, food court, children play area etc) is also accessible by our free shuttle van.

Other things to note:
-10 mins drive to City Mall using our free shuttle service.
-3 minutes drive going to our private beach Cove 2
-2 minutes walk to Savoy restaurant
-Perfect mountain and Ocean view. Golf course is just on your horizon.
- it is allowed to keep your bag at the reception area after check out until evening

good place. it was dusty and we had to mop up water coming in the window. the cleaning every 3 day

the cleaning every 3 days never happened. We cleaned the sheets, etc. The guards and grounds keepers were nice. Good pool, about 1/2 mile walk to beach. Not many places to eat around. Quiet, peaceful place.

We loved staying here

We loved our stay at this appartment. the view from the balcony is awesome, the pool is a nice plus, the private beach for this area is beautiful & they offer free shuttle service to the city-mall where you can buy everything you need ! it’s in the more quite area of the island, what we enjoyed a lot ! everything was clean, the shower was perfect and they helped us with transportation, check-in and check-out! we highly recommend :)
