The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its HUGE private beach! -The areas largest- and family friendly amenities. When you’re not playing in the waves or relaxing on the beach, you can splash in the “splash zone”, swim in the beach front pool and hot tubs, grab a tropical drink and a grouper basket at the beach front bar and grill, or burn it off at the fitness center which overlooks the gulf!
We would be so excited to share our home away from home with you! We have put so many personal touches into our Unit 807. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to 6 and features a new comfy king size bed in the master, fun built-in bunks in the hallway, plus a sleeper in the spacious living room. I personally picked our luxurious sheets and pillows for the beds! One of my FAVORITE upgrades is the NEW furnace with a built in Reme Halo air purification system. This system is always filtering and cleaning the air in our unit.
We have an immune compromised child who is mild sensitive and having safe and clean mold free air in our unit was very important to us! We have also installed all new stainless steel appliances.
We’ve also taken time to upgrade kitchen utensils and cook wear, and added a Keurig for convenience.
Some of our personal extras, folding high chair, Pac n play, beach cart with chairs and body boards, and a Roku streaming device on both TVs.
Must be 25 to book YOU MUST BE 25 TO CHECK IN.
Our complex is using a new system for parking. I have removed the parking fee from VRBO and you will be emailed a link to pay for your own parking pass/bands. PARKING WILL BE $50 one time fee for the pass. Armbands $7

Loved the location and I appreciated the strict security on the property! The condo had beach chairs and toys which was a great surprise! Only negatives were the moldy shower curtain and no broom available to sweep up sand in condo.

This was our 3rd stay at this resort, 1st stay in this unit, and we will definitely be back. Cortney was a great host and responded quickly to questions. The views were incredible and the unit looked the same as the listing. It was a great family summer trip!

Everything was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. We loved the huge balcony, pool and splash pad. We did struggle getting the washer to operate correctly but after several attempts we got our stuff cleaned. It just took longer than expected. However with everything else being so nice it was only a slight inconvenience. 10/10 recommend this place! We will stay again!

Bad experience due to condo thermostat reading of high carbon dioxide levels. Found different lodging for the night after notifying host with no response that night. Host maintenance guy checked it out said all was well, went back and within 15 minutes of being back in condo levels was back to high again. We have small children for our safety we felt even if it was giving faulty readings we would not be staying, not taking that chance with our children. Messaged host again told her we’d find other lodgings and asked for a refund. I will not put the safety of my family in jeopardy, not when the readings and temperatures in the condo wasn’t coming down! Also so much dust on the fan in the master bedroom.

Nice escape

We had a great time. Nice location, cute convenient condo.beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cleaning guy didnt properly clean and held us up almost an hour for checking in. I dont believe the sheets were cleaned as there was stains and hair. Some dishes were dirty and the wash machine doesnt stay on. We enjoyed our stay despite the little setbacks.

It worked

This was our 2nd time at this resort, 1st time in this unit. We were a family of 5 and though it felt tight, it was manageable. The condo wasn't fully cleaned upon arrival, which we let the owner know. Sand was everywhere! The kitchen is small and the cookware left much to be desired. The skillets are not non-stick, which was agrivating when you like to cook breakfast most mornings while on vacation. We like the location of the condo and the facility itself (though please note the gym is closed- even though it has equipment and looks fairly new). We will likely return but will find a bigger unit.

Boardwalk Beach Resort Condo - ComplexPros: - Condo is in great area on east end of PCB; easy access to stores/restaurants/bars; less traffic than central/west end- On-site bar/restaurant and store is big perk! We had live music on Fri/Sat. night- Great pool with lots of chairs (& 2 hottubs), and they don't allow "reserving" chairs - so no getting up at the crack of dawn for that. - Covered parking; gate security- 4/5 elevators working - minimal elevator waitsCons:- Work out facility closed entire stay (possibly permanently?) - but still listed as amenityUnit Pros:- Good communication from owner - Nice condo; comfy beds/bedding; smart TV with access to about all streaming services- Nice location in building: 8th floor, short distance to elevator & trash chute (enclosed; no odor)- Kitchen had basic necessities- Provided beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boardsCons:- no beach cart (was listed in description)- washer/dryer: ready for upgrade (had to wedge cardboard to keep washer engaged; needed 2-3 cycles in dryer to dry small load of towels)- disappointed that there were no starter soaps in shower or bathroom sink; or kitchen dish soap (dishwasher pods provided)- closet/storage is minimal...OK in the 1 bedroom - but not really anywhere to put "stuff" for guests staying in bunks and/or pullout sofaNice overall, and I would have no problem recommending this complex or unit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We were very happy with how clean and comfortable everything was. We ended up having to leave early after just two nights due to a family member’s illness, but will definitely book this unit again. Cortney is very responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful place to get away

We travel quite a bit and love the panhandle of Florida. It was our first time in PCB and we loved it. The perfect sand and clear water were wonderful. The property is well maintained, very secure, has weekly events for the kids, and all the way around great. The condo itself has everything we needed, was in great condition and is perfect for a family of 4. The view is great and we loved our stay here. We will Definetly be back soon!!

My husband and I and our 4 kids just purchased our home away from home spring of 2019. Being from the Midwest (ice, cold, snow) we have been making this trip to PCB for years. Were so excited to be able to share our place with you. We have tried to make little modifications and details to make our place feel more personal and homey.

We fell in love with the Boardwalk Beach Resort the first time we stayed here. Having four small children, we love the amenities and family friendliness of this complex.
