The Space
This spacious sea view two-bedroom apartment features a lounge with a large corner sofa and armchair. The jewelled tone interior is embellished with a stunning sea view from the floor to ceiling windows that open to a furnished balcony. The four-seater dining table has equal viewing capabilities of the both the view and the apartment’s furnished entertainment station including a TV. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances including a coffee machine for a seamless stay and has a serving hatch that allows the apartments natural light and stunning views to stream through.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is a large and bright room with access to the private terrace with Palm promenade and sea view, it comes fitted with ample dresser space for all of your holiday essentials and fully dressed, floor to ceiling windows for a good nights sleep. For guest’s that enjoy a bit of bedtime reading, the plush double bed is accompanied with two bedside tables and lamp lighting. The master bedroom comes with a marble tiled bathroom with a fitted tub, toilet and walk in shower unit.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is perfect for two sharing, owing to its large twin beds and liberal space. It comes with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the apartment’s private terrace for stunning sunset views.

Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighborhood

It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ’Atlantis the Palm’ with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.

In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
